Delete your account

Your Restorax account was made by the hotel company you work for. To have it deleted, with the personal details kept about you:

  1. Ask R A Creators through “Get help” in Restorax (signed in), or ask your company’s administrator to pass it on, with the subject “Delete my Restorax account”, your name and your company’s name.
  2. R A Creators confirms it’s you and tells your company, then deletes the account within 30 days, and replies when it’s done.

What is deleted

  • your sign-in, your name, email address and settings;
  • your phones registered for notifications, and the app’s copy on them at their next contact.

What stays

The hotel’s own records you worked on (bookings, payments, invoices and their history) belong to the company and stay with it; in its history your actions show as a former team member. Invoices and receipts are kept as tax law requires.

To stop using the app on a phone without deleting the account, sign out in the app: the copy kept on the phone is erased. See also the privacy policy.
